When I grow up, I want to fight against animal cruelty. Oh! and if youre an abuser and you are reading this, YOU ARE A SSIICCKK, HHOORRIIBBLLEE, STUPID FOOL! If you don’t like your pet give it to a friend that you can trust or give it to a rescue.
I want to really beat the crap out of these amish pricks for all the abuse they have ever inficted apon these commpanion animals and i don’t understand how no one has not just gone there and freaked on the bastards i will some day soon this is really a messed up world evolve you bastards
i totally agree. if they step out of line (mis treat the animal) idk a certain amount of times once or three times or something, they shouldnt be able to keep breeding.
Breaks my heart to know this is going on Right now.
About time a good comment because we still need reputable breeders to have dogs in the future. I think there should be a federal law on how many breeders can breed each breed of dog. And how many litters they can have a year.
Puppy mills, 100% wrong, but sadly 100% legal.
dogs are ment to be a mans or womens best friend,a pal,a friend to play with,or to be around, not to cramed i cages with no love noexercise or clean environments.
i love my dog SO much, all dogs should be loved
i know like why can’t they, don’t they see the cruelty
I get all my pets from either the SPCA or a local breeder that actually only has 2 of the dogs and 1 litter per year or whatever lol We got our dog their. The place was beautiful! they had a doggie door so the dogs could get in and out when they pleased.. they all had their own specific food bowls and water bowls. It was amazing! They all looked so happy :3 same with all my rabbits.
why can’t the government illegalized puppy mills? no dog deserve to live like this…
Great video – sad but so worthwhile. Mariah Hope has a message for us all. I work for the National Mill Dog Rescue in Colorado – an amazing group of people who are so dedicated to ending puppy mills. Never stop believing . . .
Thanks for the sweet video!
Being licensed by the USDA is a worthless distinction. The USDA does not have the manpower to inspect all of the breeders that it endorses. Besides which, in most states, there are few effective laws anyway, so the USDA doesn’t have much to fall back on.
I’m always so discouraged with so many relatives and friends who continue to buy from pet stores and breeders when they are well aware that they’re keeping puppy mills in business. And so many people I know who don’t spay/neuter their pets when millions are dying in shelters every year in the US. This keeps me awake at night and yet hardly anyone I know is concerned about this subject. I wish I could change peoples’ minds. A lot of people are so self-absorbed and care only about what they want.
Like ghandi said you can judge a nation by the way it treats it’s animal’s
i cant even begin to think how those people treat those dogs and see nothing wrong with it it gives me nightmares
Thank you for your comment, and thank you for helping out mill babies like you do!
Hi,
I’ve heard of Kathy Bauck, and seen the undercover investigation video on youtube. Her operation is terrible. It’s sad the even though you knew the owners of the pet store, the dog was from such a big breeding operation, and they lied to you. How was it working there? That must have been heartbreaking to see the suffering all day and not be able to do anything about it!
But really, you should look up Kathy Bauck and/or Pick of the Litter Kennel in Minnesota…..I can’t even believe that I trusted those people. I even worked for them as the puppy care person for almost a year. At least the puppies got good care after they left that horrible place. I made sure they all had the right amount of food, the righ medication in the right dosages, they were bathed and up to date on their vaccines and, most importantly, they got individual playtime and attention everyday
21 years??? Holy crap! That’s a LONG life for a dog, I’m just so happy that she got to spend the last leg of it in a happy comfortable home. I did purchase my Doxle from a pet store, but I knew the owners of the store and they told me about how they only bought puppies from USDA regulated breeders. I just recently did some research on my dog’s “breeder” (Pick of the Litter Kennel in New York Mills, MN run by Kathy Bauck) and it HURTS to think of his parents and all of the others still there.
Thanks for your comment.
Just today we rescued 2 5 month old female bernese mountain dogs. They are scared. They had never walked on solid ground before, had never been with humans. It was heart wrenching.
I know they are going to be okay though. They are with foster families who will love them, and things can only start to look up from here.
People who rescue these precious little soul’s given to us from God to love and care for, are true hero’s.
A a mill dog foster and adoptive mommy, this video with this song rips your heart out, and everyone should watch it, everyone in this country needs to STEP UP and be a voice for the breeder mill dogs, it wont stop until we make our voice loud for them and convince elected officials in every state that the time of suffering has to end NOW on behalf of my 3 legged puppy mill dachshund Mookie, and my many Bichon puppy mill fosters we say thank you to little tag 19’s message, we love you Mariah
this is such a sad video. my mum has always told me about dog breeders and how horrible they are. we got our daschund from a family who we knew loved and cared for their dos and we keep in touch for the sake of the dogs. a dog needs to be loved just like humans do and they certaintly aren’t crops. would people not notice if there was a puppy mill next door to them and call the police? i should certaintly hope so.
aw Beth, thanks for your comment. I wish everyone knew what poor Mariah had to go through before being rescued. Then you multiply that by thousands and thousands and get the number of dogs suffering as she did. I hope that all the dogs suffering in mills can know that there are people out there trying to help!!
Mariah Hope was MY little angel. This is a wonderful tribute to her and the life of hell she and hundreds of thousands live every day. I know she’s smiling from Rainbow Bridge knowing that this video will help educate the unknowing public about buying from pet stores and what the moms and dads of those pet store dogs sacrifice for their own. Blessings on the unloved, unnamed, and forgotten in the puppy mills.
Thanks for your nice comment. Any type of animal cruelty is horrific, and it needs to stop.
