the way that man just drug that puppy by its arm its awful. He just jerked it up to see the gender, and slung it back down. This people seem clearly incompetent of not only taking care of themselves, but also for helpless animals. These people are pathetic.
These vile, disgusting and disgraceful puppy mill owners think they can do what they want and not abide by the laws. They get cited for violations all the time, and don’t comply because the penalties aren’t harsh enough. Animal cruelty and neglect laws need to be similar to child neglect and curelty laws, with the same jail time. They shouldn’t just be fined, it should automatically be jail time without any stays in jail time. Let thescum of the earth sit in a pen like they make their dogs do.
