You see, a lot of dogs and cats have lost their lives in shelters, because of irresponsible owners. If a pet owner isn't planning to become a breeder, then they have to spay or neuter their pet. If the owner doesn't have money to, then the owner shouldn't get a pet. People who are puppy mill keepers shouldn't deserve to be loved, they should deserve to be in a cage their whole life. If children start learning about this and start trying to help at a young age maybe by the time im 20 puppy mills wont exsist!
